My favorite discovery was the Camino de Santiago shells outside the Cathedral of St. Michael and St. Gudula. The inside of the cathedral is also gorgeous, and it has one of my favorite wood-carved pulpits.

Tourism: Two days in Brussels
My father visited, and although I don't consider Brussels a top tourist destination, we certainly did our best to visit "all the things." I had not been to anything other than the Grand Plaza (for Bright Brussels) and a host of museums (for Museum Night Fever) since arriving in January.
